How can I pay for my purchase?

GadgetBox.com.au prefers payments through PayPal for all online orders. PayPal is one of the safest ways to make a payment online with your credit card or savings account. We also provide PayPal Express checkouts for a faster and smoother online shopping experience.

In addition to PayPal, we also accept Bank deposits or you can even choose to pay cash during pick up. Simply select your preferred payment method during checkout. 

Where does my item get shipped from? Are you based in Australia?

All purchases at Gadget Box will be shipped from Sydney, Australia within one business day. And yes, Gadget Box is proud to be a fully Australian owned business.   

Where is pick up from? Can I pick it up from you directly?

Pick up is from Leichhardt, NSW, just 6 km from Sydney CBD. You are more than welcome to pick up the item directly from us. Especially for customers purchasing from us for the first time, which you may want to confirm the quality of the products directly. Besides, we would love to help you to save on postage too.

Do you provide any grarantee?

Yes, all items we sell come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the items, simply return it to us within 14 days and we will either replace the item or give you a full refund. However, please do note that shipping fees are not refundable for change of mind returns.

Is this another site that uses chinese drop-shipping sites as suppliers?

No we are not. We refuse to use drop shipped suppliers for a number of reasons. First, there is no way of ensuring the quality of the products delivered to our customers. Second, the shipping times vary from weeks to months which is far from acceptable. And thirdly, the customer service of many chinese suppliers is almost non-existence. All the above reasons contradict to our main vision of providing top quality product & services to our customers.

Why are your prices so much cheaper than others? 

We source the goods directly from the manufacturers world wide and we don't have to pay for store front, distribution costs...etc. Throughtout the years we have maintained a good relationship with our suppliers at a high turnover rate which means we can pass on the savings to our beloved customers. 

Do you offer bulk wholesale orders?

Yes, we do and we offer great discounts on bulk purchases. However, differnt minimum purchase quantities apply for different products. Simply contact us for a custom quote if required.
